And no, that doesn’t mean you never speak up. Ask questions. Share concerns. If something doesn’t feel right, have the conversation.

It means you start from a place of trust.

It means you don’t feed the negativity that can slowly change the culture of a studio.

Because whether we realize it or not, parents help create the culture too.

And every child deserves to dance in a place where the teachers, the studio owner, and the parents are rooting for them.
